When it comes to stress management during a working day we often focus on a good night’s sleep, balanced breakfast, exercise and other daily routines. However all too often we overlook the small ways we can continue to maintain our wellness balance during the working part of our day.

No matter whether you have a highly demanding job or not, stress plays a role in most peoples’ working day. How we manage that stress is key. Not only to how we perform at work, be it from home or from a corporate office setting but also how our body reacts in its everyday functions. Unmanaged and accumulative stress can lead to increased blood pressure, indigestion, inflammation, tissue damage , collagen and elastin breakdown, hormonal imbalance as well as affect our mental and emotional health.

1. Just breathe

3. Take a break, keep cool
