Apply a thin layer of our Blissful Sleep Massage Blend oil all over your body or on the nape of the neck, navel and feet. Best applied after showering.
3 to 4 drops of our Facial Blend is then applied onto a cleansed face. Take a few moments to connect to the aroma and gently massage it in. - OPTIONAL: You can then follow with your preferred Subtle Energies Facial Moisturiser.
As you start heading to your pillow spritz on our Pure Rose Hydrosol all over the face and lightly over the pillow to further calm and cool the skin and mind.
Then take your Sleep Easy Nasya Oil and apply a drop with your finger in each nostril as this oil further activates the sleep hormones and lines your nasal mucosa.
Remove your Blissful Sleep Inhalation Patch and take out the front foil to activate and release the aromatic concentrate. Then remove the plastic backing and adhere to your décolletage or to your nightwear for the best results. For optimum results apply patch one hour before sleep.
