Returns are not available for change of mind, the company may accept returns at their discretion, for products that are un-opened and undamaged. In this instance any shipping costs would be deducted from the return.
If you would like your order changed after you have placed it then please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your request, however depending on when the item was packed then it may not always be possible to cancel or change an order.
For items that are accepted to be returned would be done so within 30 days, a store credit or a replacement will be issued (please note: shipping costs not included). Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.
