At Subtle Energies, our products are created with the intent to address skin and body concerns, whilst delivering high performance results, empowering one’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Finding what works best for your skin, your wellbeing is most important and we have certain refund policies that allow for a greater security in being satisfied with your purchase.
7 Day Money Back Guarantee
For those customers who are not fully satisfied with their purchase or items, we do offer a Money Back Guarantee for customers based in Australia, EU Economic Region/ United Kingdom and The United States.
If this applies to you, our team must be notified within 7 days of receiving your items in order to either exchange, credit or receive a full refund.
For items deemed acceptable for return, this must be done within 14 days of receiving your return label. We will not be able to authorise a full refund or issue another label.
Once our team receives the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days & notify you via email once your refund has been issued.
Please note: Subtle Energies may accept returns at their discretion in accordance to our policies. If we believe our policies have been abused, we will inform the customer their refund request has been refused for abuse of our return policy. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons and methods, other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused for abuse of our return policy.
Can I change my order after its been placed?
If you would like to change your order after it has been placed, please connect with our Customer Support Team via email within 7 days after receiving your items, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will do our best to meet your request, however this is subject to our discretion. Depending on the circumstances of when your items were packed, please note it may not always be possible to cancel or change your order.
Once your request has been accepted, we will email a return shipping label to fill out, download and print for your parcel.
Can I return/ exchange an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges for change of mind situations within 7 days of receiving the product.
However, please note this is subject to our team’s discretion based on the circumstances.
How can I return my products I’ve purchased from an authorised Subtle Energies stockist?
If you have purchased an item from one of our international stockists or spa partners, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly for any inquiries.
What if I received an order with broken item or my package is missing?
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our team at email@example.com or call +612 96341677.
We will accept returns of damaged items if notified within 7 days of the order received.
